Currently a Lead Video Producer at BuzzFeed, Marie has produced, directed and edited video for reputable brands, such as InStyle Magazine (Dotdash Meredith, formerly Time Inc./Meredith), Nickelodeon/Nick Jr. (Viacom.), and Advance Local. *check out the "corporate" tab for more*
She also regularly collaborates with her circle of talented peers - TikTok powerhouses Sabrina Brier, Nimay Ndolo, and mj corey (aka Kardashian Kolloquium, who is also Marie's sister!) to name a few. These productions include web series Pre-Mature (2018) and Between Two Salads (2022) and video essay "Theory and Content Creating in Las Vegas" (2021), among other directorial, editorial, and on-camera contributions. Smith College is her proud alma matter, where she double majored in Film/Media Studies and Spanish, and spent a year in Córdoba, Spain refining her Spanish language skills.
In her free time, Marie enjoys documenting her surroundings and contemplating our current media landscape. She also loves to do yoga, laugh, dance, read, and watch TV and film.
